COVID-19 – UPDATE 21/06/2020

We’re changing the way we operate,

Whilst our premises have now reopened, we are currently operating on reduced staffing levels, as well as having additional safeguarding measures in place. This means we need to change the way we serve you, to allow us to provide you with a positive and safe buying experience.

 From Monday 21st June, we are making the following changes: 

Product Demos 

We are still happy to provide demos of any of our products and systems, but this will be on an appointment only basis. We ask that you contact us in advance which will allow us to ensure we have sufficient stock and staff members available, avoiding any potential disappointment for you. 

Instore Sales

We now ask that you pre-order any products that you wish to purchase in person. This can be done online, or by contacting us directly by phone, email, or LiveChat.

Returns Policy

Please note returns will be quarantined for 48 hours before testing, in line with our Covid policy so may take a little longer than normal to process.

The above changes will mean that our premises may not be staffed during previously regular office hours therefore it is imperative you contact us before making a journey to the store to avoid disappointment.
