COVID-19 – UPDATE

DEAR FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS

As we all face a period of uncertainty over the coming weeks and months, at Astounded we have examined our business to identify how we may adapt to the inevitable changes we all face. This will allow us to best safeguard our team, customers, and the wider community, as well as follow the evolving government guidance as closely as possible.

We remain open for advice & support, but our premises are temporarily closed.

Our team will now work remotely away from the office. This means that we can still provide our usual high level of LiveChat, phone and email support. We are a very multichannel business and can provide the vast majority of our services remotely, and of course we continue to offer next day delivery across the UK where we can. We advise that if anything is required urgently, you contact us before placing the order to confirm delivery times and availability.

Our main phone line remains answered and open, however if you need to speak with one of our specialists regarding a technical matter, we may need to ask that they call you back from their remote workstation, so would appreciate your patience.

Our thoughts and solidarity are with everyone in our community, near and far, at this worrying time.
